Important Notice: Reservations of dates are confirmed by a 100% non-refundable payment of the Rental value. Change of Event date is allowed provided the desired date is available. Correct payments are to be made only to the account stated on the invoice you receive. Renter is liable for damage repairs incurred to property during event should it be as a result of negligence on the renter's part. Matrix Events reserves the right to use photos and videos taken at the event for advertising and promotional purposes, unless the client notifies us otherwise in writing.
